The list of members of a family

The genealogical information represents itself, as a rule, information legally issued and fixed in corresponding typical documents establishing relationship, genealogical communications and sort history. Data are necessary for an establishment of genealogical communications, at least about representatives of two generations of a sort.

The main window is intended for input and storing of the data about members of a family. The data can be entered into the table or to use for this purpose the special form. The way of data input gets out in "Adjustment".

Addition of a new member of a family and data input

For data input about a member of a family click with a mouse in the menu panel on the button with the pictogramme the little man against a sheet of paper. On a program question "Addition of a line. To add?" Click with a mouse button "ОК". In the list end the new line (at the first start of the program at the list there is one pure line) will be added.

Establish the cursor a mouse or command keys on a column cell "the SURNAME, the NAME the PATRONYMIC" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Enter First name, middle initial, last name Press Enter or click with a mouse other field.

Establish the cursor on a column cell "HAS come" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Date is entered in a format "Day. Month. Year". Enter a date of birth by means of the digital keyboard or choose from a calendar. Press Enter. If date has to be removed on the contrary, press a key the Blank (Space).

If the person already is not present, establish the cursor on a column cell "HAS left" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Enter a date of birth by means of the digital keyboard or choose from a calendar. Press Enter. If date has to be removed on the contrary, press a key the Blank (Space).

Establish the cursor on a cell of a column "FLOOR" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Choose a floor from the revealing list. Press Enter or click with a mouse other field.

Establish the cursor on a cell of a column "FATHER" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. The list of all members of a family of a male entered into the list will be offered you. Therefore pay attention to compulsion of filling weeding "FLOOR". Choose the father from the revealing list. All members of a family in the list are located alphabetically. For fast search of the necessary member of a family in the list, start to enter its surname and the program itself will help to find the necessary person. Press Enter or click with a mouse other field.

Establish the cursor on a cell of a column "MOTHER" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. The list of all members of a family of a female entered into the list will be offered you. Therefore pay attention to compulsion of filling weeding "FLOOR". Choose mother from the revealing list. All members of a family in the list are located alphabetically. For fast search of the necessary member of a family in the list, start to enter its surname and the program itself will help to find the necessary person. Press Enter or click with a mouse other field.

For the further searches and family tree restoration, it is very important to know the exact birthplace.

Establish the cursor on a cell of a column "BIRTHPLACE" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Enter precisely known or prospective birthplace of the person.

Establish the cursor on a column cell "the DEATH PLACE" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Enter precisely known or prospective place of death of the person.

For input ФИО of the wife or the husband establish the cursor on a cell of a column "HUSBAND-WIFE" and press Enter or click with a mouse twice. Choose from the list the wife or the husband.

If it is necessary to bring some persons in this list it can be made through the input form.

Establish the cursor on a window “the biography Panel” and fill the biography of your member of a family.

The biography is filled in any form. In it you can bring the biographic data: where studied, where worked, as whom worked and т.д. Memorials, anniversaries and anniversaries. In a word everything that is known to you about it or that you wish to keep.

The biography file is stored in format RTF. For its formatting press the left button of the mouse on the biography text. The emerging menu will open.

By means of elements of formatting of the emerging menu, you can give to the text more beautiful kind.

On end of input of the test, click with a mouse on the menu panel on the button with the pictogramme дискетки for preservation of the entered data.

For photo addition in "the Panel with a photo" click in the menu with a mouse on the button with the pictogramme of an envelope with a photo. It will be offered to you to choose a photo in format BMP or JPG. Choose a photo. Photos in the program are stored in format BMP, therefore if the photo in format JPG has been chosen, the program itself converts it in format BMP.

For addition in a cell of a column of the table of a small photo, press the right button of the mouse photos in "the Panel with a photo" and without releasing the right button with position a mouse the image visually on a table cell. Release the button. On a program question "to Keep an icon. To keep?" Press button "ОК". Before addition of a small photo it is desirable to increase the sizes of the panel with a photo. The size of focus of an icon can be adjusted in the panel of the Menu "Adjustment".

Data input through "Form".

For data input as it is possible to use the special form. Fill form fields.

The format of input of date can be changed switches opposite to a date window.

For addition in a cell of a column of the table of a small photo, press the right button of the mouse photos in and without releasing the right button with position a mouse the image visually on an icon. A castor of a mouse it is possible to change the size of the image. The size of focus of an icon also can be adjusted in the panel of the Menu "Adjustment". Release the button. On a program question "to Keep an icon. To keep?" Press button "ОК".

If the exact date of birth (Death) is unknown, and year is known only, choose a format of input of date only "Year".

If the date of birth (Death) is known only roughly, choose a format of input of date for about "Year" till "Year".

For addition in list ФИО of the husband or the wife keys located at the left and to the right of the list serve:

• To add the person in the list
• To clean the person from the list
• To move the person under the list upwards
• To move the person under the list downwards

Preservation of the data

At data input in the table it is recommended to keep the entered data periodically. For this purpose click with a mouse in the menu panel on the button with the pictogramme дискетки for preservation of the entered data. At end of work with the program the entered data automatically remains.

Removal of the data

If for any reason the line has to be removed, click with a mouse in the menu panel on the button with the pictogramme a red circle with a dagger. On a program question "removal Acknowledgement. To remove?" Press button "ОК". The current line will be thus removed. Files - a photo, biographies, an icon.

Sorting of the data

For sorting of the data in alphabetic order, in the table establish the cursor on a column on which sorting will be made. Click with a mouse in the menu panel on the button with the pictogramme "а-А". The table will be sorted and kept in a new order.

Photo addition

For photo addition in “the Panel with a photo” click in the menu with a mouse on the button with the pictogramme of an envelope with a photo. It will be offered to you to choose a photo in format BMP or JPG. Choose a photo. Photos in the program are stored in format BMP, therefore if the photo in format JPG has been chosen, the program itself converts it in format BMP.

Search of the data

For search of the data in the table establish the cursor on the beginning of the table and on a column on which search will be made. Click with a mouse in the menu panel on the button with the pictogramme the book with magnifying glass. Enter a line for search and click the button "to Find further". If search successful, the table with is positioned on the found line. If is not present, the corresponding message will be given out.

The press of the data

All data and program forms can be deduced on the printer. For this purpose click with a mouse in the menu panel on the button with the printer pictogramme. If cursor focus is on the table, the table will be printed. For printing of the biography of a current member of a family, establish the cursor on a biography window. For printing of a photo with "Panels with a photo" a current member of a family, preliminary before the press click with a mouse a photo.
